Wonderful glute exercise, really make sure that you press up with your head and squeeze the glute muscle. Do about 25 on each leg then repeat. Do these as well as donkey kicks, cable kickbacks, fire hydrants, glute bridges, squats and jumping jacks for the perfect booty!
